Rupert Grint is the most up-to-date member of the “Harry Potter” family to answer to J.Adequate. Rowling‘s contemporary feedback on transgender folk.

Final weekend, Rowling, 54, posted a tweet mocking a piece of writing that made reference to “those that menstruate,” urging writers to consume the timeframe “girl.”

The observation irked many followers, who condemned the feedback as transphobic, to which she replied on Twitter.

“If intercourse isn’t accurate, there’s no same-intercourse enchantment,” Rowling wrote. “If intercourse isn’t accurate, the lived truth of girls globally is erased. I know and love trans folk, nonetheless erasing the thought of intercourse eliminates the flexibility of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t abominate to talk the truth.”

Followers also condemned her 2nd observation, prompting her to pen an essay on the topic, attempting to conceal her standpoint.

Now, Grint, one of the most stars of the “Harry Potter” film franchise, has spoken out himself.

Grint joined fellow “Harry Potter” stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson in supporting transgender folk after Rowling’s statements.

“Transgender girls are girls.
