The jeweled expanse, stuffed with faint, starlight-reflecting clouds, drifts throughout the night within the royal constellation of Cepheus. Removed from your individual neighborhood on planet Earth, these ghostly apparitions lurk alongside the plane of the Milky Methodology on the fringe of the Cepheus Flare molecular cloud complex some 1,200 light-years away. Over two light-years all over and brighter than the opposite spooky chimeras, VdB 141 or Sh2-136 will likely be called the Ghost Nebula, considered against the bottom of the featured image.
