Cook County Recount’s Criminal legitimate Kim Foxx described “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett as a “washed up celeb who lied to law enforcement officials” in texts messages launched Tuesday by her place of work per a public-files quiz by the Chicago Tribune.
Foxx when in contrast Smollett’s case to her place of work’s pending indictments in opposition to R&B singer R. Kelly in textual bid messages to Joseph Magats, her top assistant, on March 8, the paper reported
“Pedophile with 4 victims 10 counts. Washed up celeb who lied to law enforcement officials, 16 (counts),” she wrote. “… Appropriate because we are in a position to cost one thing doesn’t mean we are in a position to also composed.”
Smollett, who is openly homosexual, had been indicted on 16 counts of disorderly behavior on suspicion that he staged a hate crime attack on himself. Foxx’s place of work at final dropped the prices, increasing a firestorm of stutter from local officials.

Foxx’s place of work made hundreds of internal textual bid messages and emails related to the Smollett case available to the paper per a public-files quiz.
