CNN anchor Jake Tapper slammed President Trump over the cell phone conversation he had with Russian President Vladimir Putin this week, telling a panel that Trump shares Putin’s standpoint as if he is “the spokesman for the Kremlin.”
At some stage in their extensive-ranging hourlong conversation, each and every leaders discussed the ongoing crisis in Venezuela, tensions with North Korea, alternate negotiations, and the Mueller File, which Trump customarily known as a “Russian hoax” on Twitter.
Trump told newshounds that Putin is “no longer taking a gaze in any respect to secure enthusiastic” in Venezuela, which contradicts Secretary of Voice Mike Pompeo and Nationwide Security Adviser John Bolton, who’ve acknowledged Russia has been propping up Venezuelan President Nicholás Maduro.

“We’ve carried out experiences on this demonstrate about how there are Russian troops in Venezuela lawful now!” Tapper exclaimed. “Staunch to be clear, this is now not any longer the president announcing, ‘Wisely, this is what Putin claims.’ He is giving Putin’s level of gape nearly as if he is the spokesman for the Kremlin. ‘He is now not any longer taking a gaze to secure all in favour of Venezuela.’ There are Russian troops in Venezuela!”
