Supercool experiment reveals water is actually two liquids in one

Supercooling liquid water to temperatures lower than ever done sooner than has printed recent evidence that water can exist as two rather a broad selection of liquids simultaneously.

Supercooled water – liquid water cooled beneath its freezing level with out being allowed to freeze – has been baffling chemists for a long time. Earlier reviews chanced on that the extent to which water molecules pack collectively, identified as their density, begins to fluctuate extra and extra as water is cooled to extremely low temperatures.
