Postcard from the South Pole

From this vantage point about three quarters of a mile from planet Earth’s geographic South Pole, the December 4 eclipse of the Solar was considered as a partial eclipse. At most eclipse the Original Moon blocked 90 percent of the solar disk. Obviously, crews at the South Pole telescope (left) and BICEP telescope (honest) climbed to the roof of Amundsen-Scott plot’s Darkish Sector Laboratory to search. Centered shut to the native eclipse most, the composite timelapse thought positive aspects an instruct of the Solar in chilly antarctic skies taken every four minutes.
