Dilapidated Wales rugby captain Gareth Thomas has published he is HIV clear, announcing he needs to “spoil the stigma” around the condition.
He made the announcement as he ready to compete within the Ironman Wales triathlon in Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
Thomas stated he is taking part to existing how folks with HIV are misrepresented as “strolling around with strolling sticks who are discontinuance to death”.
He stated: “I’m trying to coach and spoil the stigma for all americans, which incorporates me in that – all americans.”
